How many days does it take to process my order?

A: WE HAVE A 5-6 BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND FROM THE TIME THE ORDER IS PLACED

Q: Can I get my order faster?

A: YES. WE CAN ACCOMODATE MOST REQUESTS FOR FASTER DELIVERY. A SMALL RUSH FEE MAY APPLY. PLEASE ASK A SALESPERSON FOR AVAILABILITY.

Q: I’m not sure what I want, can you help me?

A: WE ARE HERE TO HELP. WE HAVE A TRAINED SALES STAFF THAT CAN GIVE YOU IDEAS TO FIT YOUR NEEDS AND BUDGET.

Q: Can you make a custom award for our event that I don’t see on the website?

A: YES WE CAN. CUSTOM AWARDS IS WHAT WE DO. WE MAKE ALL AWARDS IN HOUSE AND CUSTOMIZE MOST ANY AWARD. WE HAVE A SHOWROOM FULL OF IDEAS IF YOU ARE IN THE AREA.

Q: Do you have all the items in stock?

A: WE HAVE A LARGE SELECTION OF PRODUCT ON SITE. IF WE DON’T CURRENTLY HAVE IT IN STOCK, IT USUALLY TAKES 1-2 DAYS TO GET IT FROM THE WAREHOUSE.

Q: Can I use my company/organization logo or artwork on the awards?

A: YES. WE CAN INCORPORATE MOST LOGOS INTO THE AWARD. SPECIFIC ELECTRONIC FILE FORMATS ARE NEEDED FOR US TO IMPORT. CHECK THE ARTWORK TAB FOR MORE INFO OR GIVE US A CALL. A SMALL ONE-TIME FEE APPLIES TO NEW LOGOS.

Q: How much does it cost to engrave on the trophies?

A: ENGRAVING ON TROPHIES IS ALWAYS INCLUDED IN THE SALE PRICE. NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.

Q: Do you give discounts for charitable organizations?

A: WE GIVE QUANTITY DISCOUNTS ON OUR PRODUCTS TO ALL CUSTOMERS. WE WILL WORK WITH EVERYONE TO FIND AN AWARD TO FIT YOUR BUDGET.

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING: CASH, CHECK, VISA, MASTERCARD AND DISCOVER CARD. WE DO NOT BILL OUR CUSTOMERS UNLESS THEY HAVE AN ESTABLISHED OPEN ACCOUNT. ASK SALES PERSON FOR DETAILS
